What one skill should all defence industry candidates have? 

TENACITY!! If you’re ex-Defence you know what I mean.

What question do you always ask a candidate? 

"WHY? WHEN? WHO? HOW?"... all the great questions!  It sounds simple, it is, but unless you keep asking questions you will miss out on so much vital information. Information is invaluable in this industry.

What fictional place would you most like to go?

Its not a place, but I’d probably take Rick Sanchez’s portal gun for a spin, go to Blips and Chitz and take Roy way off the grid, you know just hangout in the multiverse. I know new situations can be intimidating. You lookin’ around and it’s all scary and different, but y’know … meeting them head-on, charging into ‘em like a bull — that’s how we grow as people.
