If there is a role in recruitment then I have probably done it for Kinexus. So I bring together a lot of know-how to the team.

What one skill should all recruitment professionals have? 

Not to be afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation with anyone.

What is your number one piece of interview advice?  

Probably more than one piece of advice in an interview; mine would be to prepare for the interview. First, review the job profile, company, and the person holding the interview. Take a notepad and have some pre-prepared questions. When asked, 'do you have any questions?' always ask something. It’s better to be early than late and also better to be overdressed than underdressed.

What fictional place would you most like to go and why?

I would love to go to the Dutton Ranch from Yellowstone, that place looks amazing.
