One skill all Office Managers should have is organisation. It is really important to be organised and keep on top of the workload.

I believe that it is important for a candidate to ask about the companies culture, as culture can be a major factor in their job satisfaction.

What hobby would you get into if time and money weren’t an issue and why?

100% travelling, I would love to be a full-time jet-setter.
