What one industry change do you think will affect the workforce of the future?

Following 2 years of recruiting outside of the defence industry, I feel that the biggest upcoming change in industry will be defence industry employers beginning to target, hire and integrate workers from adjacent industries. There is some top level talent and a much larger pool of candidates for the companies brave enough to pioneer this.
 

What are the biggest mistakes candidates make in an interview?

Lack of preparation on the company and the position in question.

What is something you will NEVER do again, and why?

Wax my stomach and chest. For obvious reasons, it's ridiculously painful.
