- RFQ & Tender Support: Prepare and manage RFQs, tender documentation, technical repair specs, and coordinate the competitive pricing process across subcontractors.
- Value for Money: Analyse, assess, and submit supplier quotations for approval, ensuring pricing is validated and offers optimal value.
- Procurement Reporting: Generate and update RFQ progress reports, dashboards, and procurement KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
- Inventory Planning: Develop and manage inventory demand planning aligned to delivery schedules and long-term investment plans.
- Data Management: Maintain master data, price books, and subcontractor records to ensure alignment across AMPs, PCRs, and the MWL during planning phases.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to initiatives that enhance procurement systems, data accuracy, and RFQ planning processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with Purchasing Officers, Program Managers, Trade Controls, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and delivery readiness.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
