Join a leading logistics team supporting Defence aviation platforms across the Army and RAAF. We're looking for an experienced ILS Practitioner to deliver LSAR (Logistics Support Analysis) and MRD (Maintenance Requirements Determination), ensuring the reliability and sustainability of critical systems.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage LSAR data in line with DEF(AUST)5692 and eMRD workflows

• Analyse OEM servicing schedules and maintenance policies

• Maintain consistency across LSAR/CAMM2 data and Defence standards

• Conduct spares analysis, maintenance planning, and airworthiness updates

• Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and maintenance teams

• Support configuration management and life cycle cost planning

• Process maintenance policy change requests (e.g., EE400s/MIERs)

What You'll Need

Essential:

• 5+ years in an MRD role within Defence aviation

• Strong knowledge of Defence Aviation Safety Regulations

• Australian citizenship (for Defence security/ITAR requirements)

• Experience using LSAR tools to build CAMM2-compliant data

• Ability to read technical documentation and maintenance policies

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or 8+ years relevant experience

• Certification in logistics or maintenance management

Desirable:

• Experience with LSAR tools like OmegaPS, SLICwave, or EAGLE

• Experience working within CASG, OEMs, or Defence Aviation programs

• Skilled in FMEA, RCM, and technical management codes

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
