Our large federal government clients are looking for Systems Engineers to work in national security, defence and intelligence space.

Due to the nature of clients we work with here at Kinexus and the projects these roles will be based on, an Australian Government Top Secret security clearance (TSPV) is essential. This opportunity does not have the ability to obtain sponsorship for a security clearance.

As we are now progressing along in 2024, Defence requirements are certainly not slowing down, they have a continuing need for security cleared individuals to work across projects in the Defence and Intelligence space. Long term contracts (12 months+) available.

As a result, we are looking to speak to Systems Engineers with a background in:

• Experience with system engineering in Defence or Intelligence organisations.
• Leading complex activities including requirements development, system definition, design and development, integration, verification, and validation.
• Providing engineering solutions that demonstrate awareness of dependencies and the need to collaborate and integrate with external agencies or partners.
• Leading documentation suite development, ensuring high quality products. Engage with relevant stakeholders in the documentation development.
• Identifying risks, makes recommendations, and assesses and manages associated risks.
