Kinexus have partnered with one of the global Defence giants in their R&D division to support in their search for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer who will be responsible for architecting and developing embedded software applications, along with providing leadership and mentorship for more junior members of the embedded software team.
You will take responsibility of large parts of software architecture and lead development, being involved in the entire software development lifecycle. You will also be responsible for writing and maintaining internal and deliverable documentation.
This role requires you to have an active or reinstatable AGSVA NV1 security clearance, as a minimum.
What will make you successful in this role:
- Over 5 years of experience in embedded software development in C++
- Experience architecting complex solutions for embedded systems
- A background in the Defence industry and familiarity with Defence processes and documentation
- A minimum of NV1 security clearance
