Senior Linux Consultant
*NV1 (with opportunity to move to NV2) minimum security clearance required*

We are partnering with a large, market leading IT consultancy working with a number of clients in the Defence and Federal Government spaces. This role will be consulting with large enterprise clients, scoping, architecting and delivering Linux infrastructure solutions with Defence and Federal Government clients. This will be in tandem of supporting the team, providing mentoring and expertise.
Due to the sensitivity of information in this industry, applicants must have an NV2 or and NV1 (willing to move to NV2) security clearance.
Essential experience:
- Expert knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Experience with UNIX or Linux database administration
- Multiple years' experience working with enterprise customers on a range of development and deployment projects
Desired experience:
- Technical experience with Ansible and Satellite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an SME with Linux on-site with customers, offering customers solutions to technical and development needs
- As a senior in the team, offer your expertise and leadership to other engineers, project and technical managers
- Identify problems with customer infrastructure and look to offer resolutions
- Create written documentation to be viewed by the business and customers
