Are you an experienced Product Owner with a passion for driving large-scale initiatives in a dynamic SAFe Agile DevOps environment? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering complex projects with real impact.

This position require an AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance and can be based in Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and drive scoping and requirements definition for large, complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Select and adapt appropriate requirements management methods, tools, and techniques, effectively balancing predictive (plan-driven) and adaptive (Agile/iterative) approaches based on project needs.
• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to gather input, ensure formal agreement to requirements, and establish requirements baselines.
• Negotiate and manage competing priorities among stakeholders, proactively resolving conflicts to maintain project focus and momentum.
• Monitor and manage changes to requirements, ensuring a structured approach to any modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of organisational methods and standards, ensuring best practices in requirements management.

Experience required :

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner in a SAFe Agile and DevOps environment.
• Strong expertise in requirements definition, prioritisation, and change management for large-scale projects.
• Ability to adopt and adapt both predictive and adaptive methodologies based on project needs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to balance and manage diverse priorities.
• A passion for contributing to and improving organisational standards.

This role requires the holder to obtain a Baseline Australian Security Clearance, to be eligible you must hold Australian Citizenship to apply.
