We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller or Finance Manager to work closely with senior management. This role offers the opportunity to provide critical financial guidance, enhance financial operations, and drive project profitability and compliance within a dynamic business environment.

Role Overview:

As the Financial Controller, you will play a vital role in overseeing key financial operations, focusing on both the commercial aspects of the business and compliance with regulatory standards. You will be responsible for managing project finances, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. This position will also require strong leadership skills to guide the team in continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high performance.

• Financial Strategy and Reporting
• Compliance and Control
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cash Flow Management
• Audit and Risk Management
• Project Finanical Management
• Quality Management

Key skills that we are looking for;

• CA / CPA qualified
• 10+ years experience in financial management or finanical controller postion
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local financial regulations.
• Knowledge and expertise with (ERP) systems such as Netsuite, Oracle, SAP
• Excellent stakeholder management skills (both finance and non-finance individual)
• Experience in an Electronics organisation would be highly desireable
