Our client supports highly technological defence programmes based in Brisbane. The client requires a self motivated and experienced Configuration Manager, to join them to support a fast-paced programme / engineering team. The configuration manager will be experienced in product lifecycle management applications have a good understanding of electronics/ ICT technology with a firm understanding of the manufacturing process.

This is a key role within the organisation that will see you heavily involved in the delivery of capability to the warfighter.

The Role:

• Maintain Configuration and Data Management system and procedures
• Implement Configuration and Data Management system, tools and procedures
• Liaise with engineers, senior management, support staff, customers, and subcontractors
• Manage configuration control boards
• High level of data management experience
• Track all approved changes for engineering traceability
• Support the change control system for the regulatory and or project requirements.
• Manage CM audits

Must Have:

• 5 or more traceable years' experience in Configuration Management
• Must hold CM qualifications
• Experience in navigating ASDEFCON
• Leadership experience is a must
• ITAR compliance
• Have a NV1 clearance or be able to attain one
• Traceable history in Product Lifecycle Management
